The oven has been replaced three times.

Wood-fired, at the back of the kitchen, lit at seven in the morning for the bread and never allowed to go out until close.

Salt-baked sea bream €26 / kg Buried in coarse salt and egg white, cracked open at the table.
Gigantes in the oven €8 Giant beans, tomato, dill, three hours. Better on the second day and we will say so.
Fish in the pan plaki €21 Whatever is on the board, with tomato, onion, potato and a great deal of oil.
Stuffed vegetables gemista €9 Summer only, when the tomatoes are worth stuffing.
Bread €1 Baked at seven and again at six. This is the cover charge and it is the whole of it.

The board changes. The bread does not.

Reservations are encouraged from June to September and on every Sunday lunch.
